Questions about plans
What is an AI token?
The unit AI work is counted in. Reading a CV, scoring a job or tailoring a CV each uses some; the Subscription page shows your balance and what each kind of action used.
What happens when my tokens run out?
AI actions pause until your monthly tokens refill or you add a token pack. Everything you have made stays available.
Do purchased tokens expire?
No. Monthly tokens refill each period and do not carry over; purchased tokens stay until you use them, on any plan.
How do I pay?
By card through Polar, our payment provider and merchant of record. Polar charges VAT where it applies and sends your receipts and invoices; your card details never reach us.
What happens when I find a job?
Cancel your plan on the Subscription page; it runs to the end of the month you paid for, then you are on Free. Your career library, your CVs and your applications stay, ready for the next step in your career.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, on the Subscription page. A higher plan starts at once and the difference is charged; a lower one starts at once and the unused time is credited on your next invoice. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the paid period, then you are on Free. Nothing is ever deleted.
What about the 14-day right of withdrawal?
When you ask a plan to start right away, you can still withdraw within 14 days and pay only for the time used. Token packs are delivered at once, so the right of withdrawal ends when they reach your account. The terms explain the details.
